Job Title: Oil and Gas Lease Analyst
Duties and Responsibilities:

Effectively analyze and interpret leases, assignments, title
opinions, and other related documents.

Work with detailed contracts containing in-depth legal
descriptions, oil and gas terminology, and division order terms.
Prepare MMS report for sales and royalty for the US
Department of Interior.
Maintained database in Bolo, verifying the accuracy of the information and then properly
entering the information into the database system in a timely
manner including insurance certifications, surface rights, and
mineral rights.
Necessary Qualifications:
- 2-5 years as an oil and gas Lease Analyst
required

Experience with Bolo/GWhiz software required.
- Knowledge and Experience in working with
Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
