HR Generalist

Responsibilities:
· Support HR Project Manager on coordinating HR deliverables; Organizational Talent Review, ESMS Survey, DSOP, and RSA Essentials program.
· Accountable for assisting the delivery of HR services to Operations, Go to Market, Customer Support and Technology functions.
· Support the HR Business Partners and client organizations with appropriate advice and counsel on employee relations issues and ensure corporate employment policies and procedures are consistently and equitably applied.
· Partner with HR function leads in Compensation, Recruitment, and Learning & Development by providing feedback from client groups on current practices, generating new ideas, assisting with program development and promoting HR initiatives from the specialist functions out to the client groups.
· Create quarterly and monthly Metric reporting for all business functions, creation of QBR materials.
· Provide end user support for HR systems, ATS and Ovott.
· Generate and distribute standard reports and respond to ad hoc requests.
· Troubleshoot system issues and escalate as needed.
· Coordinates and works through the many information management systems utilized by the function to run the business.
· Interfaces with a variety of internal and external sources to gather information and/or prepare reports. May answer non-routine questions or make recommendations.
· Identifies and resolves problems and issues relating to program/project activities through personal interventions. Guides employees to assignments relative to the operations of the business. Performs other duties as required.
· Identifies and resolves problems and issues relating to program/project activities through personal interventions. Guides employees to appropriate resolution resources or escalates issues to appropriate levels of management as necessary.
· Administers various functional programs or projects. Establishes, coordinates, administers and monitors activities associated with program and/or projects. May oversee or conduct specialized research projects and present findings.
· Utilizes a variety of software applications to compile and prepare a variety of standard, complex and/or ad-hoc reports. Conducts research and data analysis.
· Assists in design and delivery of various program/project communications, documentation and reports.
· Schedule and/or attend meetings and coordinate logistics as necessary.
· Daily duties to include:
o Managing the information management systems.
o Providing and/or creating reports for inside and outside the function.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
· 3-6 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in high tech.
· Strong planning and project management skills.
· Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
· Ability to interpret and apply business analytics.
· Training and documentation skills a plus.
· High degree of credibility & integrity.
· Ability to work independently.
· Demonstrated strategic thinking, influencing, problem solving and decision making skills.
· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
· Ability to exercise judgment within a broadly defined practice and policies in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria to achieve the expected results.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
· HR or general business experience preferred.
· HRIS experience a plus.
