Minimum Requirements : Education: Minimum Requirements - BS degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred; CPCM a plus
Work Experience Field: A minimum of 10 years working in cradle-to-grave government contract and subcontract administration. Candidate must possess In depth knowledge of DoD contracting. Knowledge of the FAR, DFAR, ITAR and Export Compliance and Control as well as SOX.
Special Skills: Effective written and verbal communication skills, exceptional word-processing skills and proficiency with MS Excel required. Candidates must be able to multitask; effectively manage time and prioritize workload; and work under firm and quick turnaround deadlines.

Job Description : Ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in managing Cost Plus, T&M, Fixed Price and IDIQ Federal and DoD contracts. Candidate must also possess working knowledge of U.S. Department of State International Traffic in Arms Regulations and Department of Commerce Export and Compliance Control regulations. Candidate will be responsible for supporting proposal activities to include developing bid strategies, organizing and conducting reviews, analyzing the solicitation requirements, developing compliance matricies and the coordination and development of proposal responses. Ensures compliance with contract, RFP, governmental law, company and divisional policies on all contract and proposal activity. Participates in the development of cost proposals, compliance matrices and formal submission. Performs and directs others on contract/inter-company order administration, procurement, and pricing functions during the pre-award, award, and post-award phases of the procurement process. This includes correspondence, negotiations, inter-company work order generation, contract file maintenance, close-out and interaction with multiple technical contract managers and external customers. Candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all contract, RFP, governmental law, company and divisional policies on all contract and proposal activity. Candidate must be able to research, analyze, coordinate, develop and maintain contract and task order documentation. This includes correspondence, negotiations, contract file maintenance, close-out and interaction and interface with customers, program management and operations managers regarding contracts status and issues. Candidate must be able to coordinate, develop and produce a wide range of procurement documentation, including contracts, subcontracts, teaming and non-disclosure agreements, modifications, task/delivery orders, solicitations, cost/price estimates, cost/price analyses, negotiation memorandums, justifications, determinations, special contract provisions, representations, certifications and correspondence. Additionally, candidate will conduct pre-award, post-award and file audits. Supports Company's compliance with Government socioeconomic programs and initiatives. Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.
