Medical Billing Manager: Paramount Staffing, LLC

Paramount Staffing, Atlanta’s elite medical and dental staffing agency is seeking an experienced medical billing manager for a specialty practice in Atlanta!

Essential Functions:

Monitor charge posting, billing, and collection operations.

Manage actions relating to delinquent accounts, collection agencies, special adjustments, and/or write-offs.

Request, prepare, and/or maintain requested reports on billing and collection activities.

Manage the processing of all personnel actions for assign staff; performs performance evaluations and initiates corrective-action plans when appropriate

Maintains up-to-date expertise and knowledge of healthcare billing laws, rules, regulations, and developments necessary for the organization to make informed business decisions.

Maintains a high profile as a knowledgeable mentor, motivator and lead-by-example staff leader.

Knowledge, Skill and Experience:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to work effectively with a wide range of people, teams, managers, supervisors, and vendors.

Encourages teamwork; energetic, and motivates teams and individuals.

Ability to make sound and evaluative judgments; strong organizational, problem solving and analytical skills.

Minimum Job Requirements:

5-7 years experience related to responsibilities specified.

BA/BS or MA Degree preferred.

Familiar with billing concepts, practices, and procedures.

Proven record managing people, building teams.
