Our Event team members are a vital part of the T-Mobile National Retail Channel, offering in-store sales support to our national retail partners across the U.S. Outgoing, creative, and professional, EVENT Representatives create excitement around T-Mobile products and services and generate incremental sales within their regions.


OPPORTUNITY, YOUR CHANCE TO SHINE.

This position is part of our professional and engaging special events team that promotes and sells T-Mobile products and services at our national retail partner locations. This position is responsible to respond to each retail partner's changing objectives, demands and role requirements while supporting T-Mobile’s sales objectives. This position will serve as product specialist for both retailer personnel and end-users.


Position Duties / Responsibilities:

- Responsible for driving sales, product awareness and customer satisfaction.
- Meets or exceeds sales performance goals.
- Builds positive relationships with co-workers and in-store personnel and
professionally represents T-Mobile at all times.
- Supports all retail outlets in an assigned geography.
- Maintains a sound knowledge of specific wireless products and services.
- Attends all required training and conference calls.
- Offers superb Customer service.
- Enters sales and hours according to T-Mobile policy and procedure. Provides daily sales reports to
manager.


QUALIFICATIONS:

- 1-2 years of previous retail, sales or customer service experience. Wireless sales experience a plus.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays and other flexible part-time schedules as assigned.
- Must have reliable Transportation.
- Must have access to reliable internet for online training and weekly reporting.
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and must
demonstrate professionalism at all times.

EDUCATION:

- High School diploma or GED required.
