There are nine open positions in Atlanta, GA for consultants needed to provide 24x7 Tier 1 and Tier 2 Fault Management support for wireless transport. These positions will be responsible for alarm handling; ticket management; isolation and triage; remote restoral of T1s, T3s, DACS, MSNs; and chronic analysis for wireless cell sites.
