Practice Manager: Prime Care Physicians

PRACTICE MANAGER

The Practice Manager is responsible for the efficient daily operation of the Kingston Cardiology Practice. Reporting to the physicians and to the administrator, the Practice Manager is responsible for daily physician’s schedule, human resources management, management information systems, property/facilities, equipment and other support staff. With minimal guidance from the physicians and administrator the Practice Manager effectively addresses all operational and human resource issues, including recruitment and retention, development conflict resolution and discipline. Participates in facilities planning and orientation of new providers.

Candidates should demonstrate successful experience managing a physician practice including knowledge of medical terminology, coding, third party insurance procedures, practice management and electronic medical record applications and general office procedures.
