Title: Marketing Coordinator

This position is responsible for the implementation of tactical consumer and realtor marketing programs supporting corporate and community specific marketing plans.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement and manage marketing plans and projects
  • Effective management of the marketing, advertising and promotional activities of the organization.
  • Research, analyze and monitor market conditions and demographic factors so that market opportunities may be maximized.
  • Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities to promote products and services
  • Determine and manage the marketing budget
  • Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results
  • Create weekly and monthly reports on overall marketing statistics
  • Group Presentations
  • Advertising Placement
  • Model Merchandising

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

  • Ability to work independently and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (friendly, courteous and helpful).
  • Ability to do presentations in front of large groups.
  • Excellent organizational, time management and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to apply creativity and innovative ideas.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally throughout the organization.
  • Proven experience demonstrating strategic thinking and strong execution skills.

Computer Equipment and Software Requirements:

  • Requires proficiency with MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet
  • Working knowledge of graphics software (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, etc.)

Education and Experience:

  • Business or Marketing related College degree preferred
  • Experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies.
  • At least three to five years of experience in marketing; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Some graphic design and website design experience
