Overview: The Project Manager is responsible for the coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of web development projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinates with Product Manager and reviews project proposals to establish goals, time frame, appropriation limitations, and procedures for accomplishing the project
- Defines and implements project management processes with a web development emphasis.
- Streamlines processes and communication
- Leads the planning and implementation of projects
- Manages several projects concurrently
- Facilitates the definition of goals and deliverables
- Defines project tasks and resource requirements
- Plans and schedule project timelines / plans
- Tracks project deliverables using appropriate tools
- Efficiently identifies and communicates project issues
- Designs and maintains project documentation
- Coordinates with quality assurance team
- Constantly monitors and reports on progress of the project to Product Manager and all stakeholders
- Facilitates regular project status updates / meetings
- Presents reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
- Implements and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
- Creates project evaluations and assessment of results
- Supports and participates in requirements definitions / business analysis when appropriate


Required Skills:
- Qualification in project management or equivalent, PMP certification is a plus
- Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management
- Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
- Direct work experience in web project management capacity
- Proven experience in risk management
- Proven experience in change management
- Proficient in project management software
- Familiarity with business analysis and requirements gathering processes
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, competitive, fast-paced environment.
- Experience/passion for golf and/or travel is a plus
