Automotive Digital Media Product Specialist – KNS Media Group

We are looking for a talented and progressive executive with a passion for media and helping customers and coworkers succeed in the digital space.

Responsibilities include:

· Keep up to date with industry knowledge, trends and concepts

· Understand solutions available to advertisers through the knoxnews.com family of sites

· Coordinate digital sales activities for a team of media consultants, including prospecting, needs analysis, solutions consulting, optimizing, and reporting on campaign objectives

· Responsible for the performance to goal of each consultant on the team and associated action plans as well as personal sales goals established by management

· Strong in internal and external presentation settings and sales techniques

· Analyze and understand client data, media buying cycles, marketing philosophy, and target customer demographics

· Strategically design effective campaigns for businesses through their assessed needs by providing them with solutions to reach their target customer

· Prepare sales presentations utilizing marketing and sales materials

· Educate business owners on marketing strategies, products, and share of voice to improve their position in the marketplace

· Measure and monitor ad campaigns in order to constantly optimize interactive dollars

· Ensure new programs, products, and updates are successfully operating and provide feedback and support for improvement and growth

· Operation of ad serving system, production systems and other database applications


Requirements:

· A positive attitude, high energy and a strong work ethic

· Meticulous attention to detail

· Two years of inside / collaborative sales experience preferred

· Sales supervisory experience preferred

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Experience working with database applications preferred

· Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite

· Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising, Communications or Marketing, or equivalent years of media experience
