Account Supervisor - CPG

• Oversees and manages project-flow, from start to finish, through the company's systems with ease; works closely with all critical teams.
• Demonstrates strong knowledge of each area of agency resources, in order to evaluate and approve recommendations before they go out to the client. This includes:Media, Creative, Broadcast/Print Production, Research/Planning, Promotions, Public Relations, and Finance
• Ensures that all of the integrated elements/disciplines of the Agency are brought together on time and are consistent with the campaign objective.

• Supervises the development and writing of marketing/communication plans that yield measurable business results for client(s)

• Evaluates and approves creative work, media plans and other agency recommendations before they go out to clients, ensuring work meets objective/strategy

• Proactively finds new ways to build client business and make the account(s) grow.
• Is familiar with a variety advertising testing methods and their application
• Masters and maintains vast knowledge of client's business, competition, and latest industry news and trends.
• Creates collaborative and productive alliances with client's other partners.
• Manages, develops and motivates Senior AE, and AE.
• Creates a learning environment for junior staff to develop
• Manages agency/client budgets and billing process accurately and timely
• Reviews Labor Report and takes appropriate actions for efficient managing of team’s time within approved scope of work

• Provides accurate estimates of agency revenue projection for next year/period

• BBA or MBA with interests or emphasis in Advertising, Marketing or a related field
• 6 (+) years of progressive growth experience in advertising agency account management in the Hispanic market
• Fluent in Spanish & English. The ability to read, write and speak with an advanced level of proficiency in both languages is required.
• Possesses knowledge in each area of agency's business (Media, Creative, Broadcast and Print production, Planning, Promotions, Public Relations, and Finance) with emphasis on Creative & Production
