Gas & Oil refining, optimization, debottle-neck, retrofit, project and engineering management



Position Responsibilities:

  • Optimization of refinery-operating units (Crude, Hydro-processing, FCCU, alky, Coker, Oil. Assist area zone manager, unit superintendents, shift foremen, quality control to retrofit, debottle-neck and improve efficiency.

  • Works closely with other area operations manager, process engineers, unit supervisors and superintendants.


Key Position Requirements/Qualifications:

  • A seasoned process engineer with leadership skill 7 to 12 years experience in refinery operations.

  • Experience in supervising hourly, first line Supervisors, and working with technical degreed personnel.

  • Has extensive experience in these key areas: FCC, Alkylation units, Crude, Coker, Reforming, Hydro-treating, and Oil Movement.

  • Proven solid leadership ability.

  • Proven technical ability.

  • Require experience working in a union environment.
