Draft basic to intermediate pleadings and correspondence; prepare and process legal documents and papers, such as complaints, summonses, subpoenas, and motions. Mail, fax, email, or arrange for delivery of correspondence, pleadings, and documentation, to clients, witnesses, court clerks, judges, opposing counsel; communicate with clients, court clerks, judicial assistants, outside counsel and their assistants by email, telephone, or correspondence. Minimum of two years legal experience required. Foreclosure experience preferred.
