Northrop Grumman Information Systems Sector is seeking a Computer Sys Security Analysts 3 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Colorado Springs, CO. The qualified applicant will become part of Northrop Grumman's Information Systems, Advisory Services Division (TASC), System Security Engineering Department, responsible for Certification and Accreditation and Information Assurance support to the Integrated Space Situational Awareness Prototype Developer (IPD) and Sensor Awareness and Global Exploitation (SAGE) projects. These activities support the Space and Missile Center and Aerospace Fusion Center exposing databases and sensor capabilities via Web Services in a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA). Roles and Responsibilities: * Work with System Engineers to integrate DCID 6/3, Joint DoDIIS and DIACAP Security Controls into the system/application design. * Develop DIACAP, DCID 6/3 and Joint DoDIIS Security Plans and required Certification and Accreditation artifacts * Develop security verification and validation plans to support CT&E and ST&E for DoD and Joint DoDIIS certification * Complete CT&E and ST&E generating test reports, score cards and POA&M inputs. Minimum Qualifications: To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below: * A Bachelors Degree or demonstrated experience in a technical field desired * Six to ten years experience in a system security related or technical discipline with at least three years hands-on experience in documenting system security engineering evaluations and application on large, distributed systems * Solid UNIX, Windows, CISCO , Oracle Web Logic, Oracle Database, Firewall security configuration experience highly desirable * CISSP/CISM required. NSA's IAM/IEM highly desirable. Other Information Assurance (IA) DoD 8570 Level 3 certifications may be suitable. * Hands-on experience developing (DIACAP/DCID 6-3/Joint DoDIIS) SSAA/SSPs and other accreditation documentation as well as In-depth knowledge of DoD and IC security policies and practices required. * Position requires a current TS/SCI Clearance * Frequent travel outside of the State of Colorado For a listing of all Northrop Grumman open positions, please visit our website at www.careers.northropgrumman.com Relocation Assistance Available.
