HRM Implementation Consultant
DEPARTMENT: Horizon Radiology Manager - Services
STATUS: Professional
LOCATION: Richmond, BC or Remote US
TRAVEL: 80% across North America
SUMMARY: Provide Application Build, Workflow Analysis and On-Site Applications Training services at new and existing installations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Conduct Current State Workflow Analysis
*Design Future State Workflow (including System Workflow and Department Process Workflow)
*Determine application optimization within the department and provide the customer with Best Practice methodologies
*Analyse unique configurations of customer sites and customize processes and training accordingly
*Develop training plans and documentation
*Coordinate and provide Super User application training
*Ensure that course completion certificates are supplied to customer sites in a timely manner
*Ensure that all Super Users are able to train customer End Users and understand any unique customer site requirements
*Provide HRM Application Training and support to other MIG staff from Technical Marketing, Sales, Support and other groups as required
*Identify, File and Follow-up Product Feature requests
*Identify, File and Follow-up Product Investigation requests
JOB CHALLENGES:
*Working under tight timelines and conflicting schedules.
*Managing multiple projects at one time.
*Managing challenging customers.
*Frequent, often short-notice travel.
*Facilitating customer teams to improve clinical and operational processes in Health Care environments.
RECOMMENDATIONS:
*Recommend Best Practices to Customer
*Recommend courses of action to resolve implementation issues
*Identify and implement improvements to Implementation Process
*Identify improvements to Product
*Identify opportunities for further Team education and growth
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
a) EDUCATION: Bachelor¿s Degree in Computer Science, Health Sciences, or Education; Certified Radiology Technologist; or equivalent or related experience.
b) EXPERIENCE:
*Minimum 5 years of Training or Education
*5 years of IT and/or Health (Radiology) background
c) BACKGROUND:
Knowledge of Databases and Enterprise-class Information Systems
Strong background in Health Care services and Hospital operations ¿ specifically Radiology
d) CRITICAL SKILLS:
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Ability to communicate complex ideas in an understandable manner
*Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
*Strong Presentation and Training abilities to a wide variety of audiences
*Confidence to express and defend recommendations to customer
*Independent, Self-starter, Team Player
*Strong Customer Service skills
*Intermediate IT skills
*Strong understanding of Clinical Environment and Health Care Operations.
