DIGITAL PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE I

Responsibilities will include:

As a DIGITAL PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE (I) for Sheet Labels, Inc. (SheetLabels.com), you will be responsible for working directly with customers to process, design, produce, and print custom printing orders. Operate small production digital printing equipment. Handle problem solving on a daily basis. Follow orders from placement to completion. Provide customers with digital label printing services. Order acceptance, placement, and completion. Provide customers with pricing and ordering options. This position will act as printing and design technical support back up for customer service staff and as a liaison between customers and production in some cases. This position will work directly with customers to communicate printed pressure sensitive solutions and pricing.

Qualifications and experience should include:

Experience or college credits in a Design related field. Education or experience in a related field is preferred. Candidate must be fluent with Adobe CS3 or 4 and other design software. Knowledge in the printing and label manufacturing industry is a plus. Must be a motivated and enthusiastic person to work with over the phone. Must be production-minded, be a team player and understand timeliness, be productive, and have great attention to detail. Professional telephone skills and communication skills are essential. Must be proficient using Adobe CS3 or 4, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and able to learn new applications quickly.

Sheet Labels, Inc. (SheetLabels.com) is a rapidly growing company providing a dynamic work environment. This position requires minimum daily hours of 9:00AM to 6:00PM, and candidate is expected to understand that "above-and-beyond" efforts may be required to meet and exceed customer expectations.
