Staff Applications Engineer - Power Supply


Responsibilities:
We are currently searching for a staff applications engineer who will be a participant in the definition of our newest products, the architecture of a system solution that meets customer specs, & the creation of system specifications. He or she will be required to successfully validate the architecture through simulation & interface with the design team to create specifications that are IC level. The successful candidate with have the responsibility of creating datasheets, reference designs, & any other product launch materials that demonstrate that final power supply solution complies with all specifications of the target application.


Our next Staff Applications Engineer must be familiar with switching power supply topologies & possess experience in designing magnetics, control loops, & power supplies. Experience with IC design & knowledge of analog circuits is a bonus.

Requirements:
-At minimum of MSEE or Ph.D. with at least 7 years experience.
