Provides client service independently or in combination with others in support of client projects. Works independently to complete activities and determines own priorities. Works as a strategic partner with multiple business unit and functional department leaders to facilitate very complex and high profile initiatives. - Analyzes client needs or project outline and recommends suitable approaches or options to consider.
- Uses facilitative and diagnostic skills to assist clients in the articulation of unusual problems.
- Probes beneath surface issues for concerns or issues that may be unclear to the client.
- Uses systems to organize and track information.

- Develops, maintains, reports, and presents risk documentation, status, and metrics for assigned business and functional units.
- Develops and maintains knowledge of supported business units and functional departments.
- Supports multiple business unit and functional departments in Strategic Planning efforts.
- Facilitates the identification, development, and implementation of business policies and standards as well as the development of supporting procedures.

- College degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- 6 -8 years of relevant experience
- Working knowledge of project life cycle methodology.
- Ability to meet customer needs via creative problem solving.
- Ability to analyze data, make decisions independently, and execute action items.
- Maintains client relations and identifies business opportunities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with business units, IT and/or clients.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
- Detail oriented to ensure accuracy.
- Operational technology background or the aptitude to research and learn complex technologies.
- Excellent computer skills and the ability to navigate through multiple systems without assistance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
