Provides client service independently or in combination with others in support of client projects. Works independently to complete activities and determines own priorities.   • Facilitates the identification, development, and implementation of business policies and standards as well as the development of supporting procedures.

  • College degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • 6 -8 years of relevant experience
  • Working knowledge of project life cycle methodology.
  • Ability to meet customer needs via creative problem solving.
  • Ability to analyze data, make decisions independently, and execute action items.
  • Maintains client relations and identifies business opportunities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with business units, IT and/or clients.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
  • Detail oriented to ensure accuracy.
  • Operational technology background or the aptitude to research and learn complex technologies.
  • Excellent computer skills and the ability to navigate through multiple systems without assistance.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
