Job Description
•Quality controlling of Chattanooga ’s projects. Financial and technical controlling of product and process changes. •Communication of project requirements and project status to Project Management Team, Quality Management •Team and dependant factories (like VW China).
•Organization of all project relevant and necessary quality releases. •Forecast project KPI values. •Prepare Pilot Hall topics and necessary documentations. •Elaborate the correspondent presentations in regular basis and/or by special requests.
Role Responsibilities
1. Project Planning: Organize and follow up technical changes. Create project overview reports to document the technical changes including financial impact, quality releases, implementation status and date.
2. Pilot Hall Preparation: Prepare, Pre-discuss and document the technical status of projects and technical changes according to standard processes and standard documentations for the “Pilot Hall”.
3. KPI Forecasts: Create project KPI prognosis for product quality (problems per 1000), warranty cost ($ per year) and customer satisfaction impact (JDP IQS).
4. Communication: Create monthly project reports to share status of technical changes and quality releases with the Quality Management, the Project Management Team and the dependent factories in China . Ensure close communication between the Project Management Team, dependant factories, and the Chattanooga Project Team.
5. Documentation and Presentation: Ensure that all systems are updated with technical changes and all project relevant technical and financial information. Elaborate the correspondent presentations to have a continuously updated status for the projects and to have a detailed technical documentation for change relevant systems and functions. Support the creation of presentations, ensure fitting presentations to existing official layouts; provide this support for the complete Department.
