RESPONSIBILITIES
As the Financial Services Paralegal you will provide organizational and substantive support to attorneys in the Financial Services Practice Group. Ensure client services and satisfaction are attained in all areas of position..

QUALIFICATIONS
1) Bachelor’s degree and strong academic record desired. 2) Minimum of five years experience with banking and consumer financial services law issues, as well as data security and privacy issues, familiarity with the federal legislative (including legislative history) process and federal regulatory process. 3) Strong sense of accountability, taking ownership over projects and responsibilities and resolving issues proactively. 4) Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with attorneys and clients. 5) High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and excellent cite-checking and proofreading skills. 6) Ability to research, analyze and synthesize large amounts of data. 7) Ability to work concurrently on a variety of projects, and work effectively under pressure. 8) Ability to work independently and to meet deadlines essential. 9) Ability to work overtime required. 10) Excellent teamwork skills and a strong client service orientation.
