Bealls: Visual Merchandiser - Naples/Ft. Myers area: Beall's Inc.

Beall's Department Store is actively seeking creative, self motivated individuals to implement in-store visual merchandising presentations. This is an entry level position which requires retail merchandising skills.

The job responsibilities include overseeing all visual merchandising in assigned Beall's stores and providing support to store management. The Visual Merchandiser also ensures that all visual merchandising tasks are performed according to Beall's policies and reference materials.

Job Responsibilities:

Execute visual merchandising directives from corporate office.

Advertising preparations - store set-up for weekly ad-books.

Special events - Props development and graphic installation.

Form and mannequin presentation.

Department floor plans and Shop concepts. New store openings - installations.

Job Requirements/Skills:

• Minimum two years of retail experience or field-related degree.
• Creativity.
• Problem-solving and time management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
