JOB SUMMARY Under general supervision, support the credit administration function across corporate and commercial lines of business. Responsible for key components of credit process including financial statement spreading, tickler maintenance and reporting, trend card preparation and maintenance, covenant compliance calculations and trends, RPA preparation, AQR processing, and various report generating functions.

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Prepare financial statement spreads utilizing Baker Hill software and internal tools. 2. Prepare trend cards for all loans in excess of $10MM and all Highly Leveraged Transactions. 3. Establish and update reporting requirements via Tripod (and Baker Hill, if necessary). Includes annual review dates, financial statement dates, policy exceptions, rent rolls, appraisal data and other information required to properly monitor existing loan facilities. In coordination with various other departments in credit administration, prepare letters to customers outlining past due reporting requirements. 4. Prepare RPAs. 5. Submit applications to SBRC for loan requests under $1MM (excluding agricultural requests). 6. Calculate and/or monitor covenant compliance. 7. Order and distribute flood determinations, Dun & Bradstreet reports, Troy Group reports and Transunion credit reports. 8. Upon request, verify real estate tax payments. 9. Coordinate filing and imaging of all materials related to the credit files.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business, Finance or Accounting and at least 3 years of prior credit administration, loan operations, finance, or related banking experience.
