PROJECT MANAGER position summary:

Project management including negotiating, estimating, planning, scheduling and cost engineering of electrical construction projects.

Skills Required:

  • Material and equipment devlivery ordering and tracking
  • Electrical Estimating - Accubid estimating a plus.
  • Manging change order costing, tracking and information flow
  • RFI manangement, drawings & spec's manangment
  • Submittal assembly, delivery and tracking
  • Subcontractor coordination
  • Basic computer skills
