Please note that this position is in our Back Bay Office

To provide superior client service and professional assistance to our clients, prospective clients & associates. This position will encompass all phases of teller operations, while also providing daily support to the office manager as required.

Major Responsibilities:

· Greet all clients and guests professionally and responsively

· Provide courteous and timely processing of all incoming calls

· Process teller transactions and respond to product and service inquiries in a responsive, accurate and timely manner.

· Build internal and external relationships through exceptional problem-solving, taking ownership and

follow-through.

· Making sure the Banking Hall remains in a neat and orderly fashion each day.

Internal Operations

· Assist other team members as needed.

· Responsible for the opening and closing of the vault.

· Perform office end of day settlement.

· Complete currency transaction reports.

· Service and settle ATM.

· Responsible for inventory, supplies and mail.

· Processing internal transfers, handling research requests, address changes and account maintenance as

needed.

· Other duties as required.

· Comply with all Federal, State and local laws as well as BPB&TC policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

· Prior teller experience helpful

· Cash handling experience required

· College degree preferred but not required

· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel
