Teller - Back Bay Office: Boston Private Bank & Trust Company
Boston Private Bank and Trust Company provides banking and investment services to individuals, their families and their business. It has an investment management emphasis on mid to large cap equity and actively managed fixed income portfolios. Boston Private Bank and Trust Company also offers a First Time Homebuyer Program and "soft second" mortgage financing. Please note that this position is in our Back Bay Office To provide superior client service and professional assistance to our clients, prospective clients & associates. This position will encompass all phases of teller operations, while also providing daily support to the office manager as required.
Major Responsibilities:
· Greet all clients and guests professionally and responsively · Provide courteous and timely processing of all incoming calls · Process teller transactions and respond to product and service inquiries in a responsive, accurate and timely manner. · Build internal and external relationships through exceptional problem-solving, taking ownership and follow-through. · Making sure the Banking Hall remains in a neat and orderly fashion each day.
Internal Operations
· Assist other team members as needed. · Responsible for the opening and closing of the vault. · Perform office end of day settlement. · Complete currency transaction reports. · Service and settle ATM. · Responsible for inventory, supplies and mail. · Processing internal transfers, handling research requests, address changes and account maintenance as needed. · Other duties as required. · Comply with all Federal, State and local laws as well as BPB&TC policies and procedures.
