Factory Maintenance Manager: Express Employment Professionals West Palm Beach

Our client has a production plant with Hydraulic, pneumatic, water, waste water, and control systems. In addition, they have a large number of conveyors and similar material handling systems. Most are controlled by PLC's.

Through Express Employment our client seeks a hands on Maintenance Supervisor to manage other maintenance techs and their facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for coaching and supervising maintenance partners. In addition the successful candidate is required to see all preventative maintenance is complete and up to company standards. Budgeting, inventory control and accuracy will be required for success in this position. Health and safety training are the responsibility of this position, OSHA compliance standards are taken very seriously by our client.

In order to be considered for this position you must have a thorough knowledge of hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, pumps, motors, conveyors and most important, be able to read schematics and electrical ladder diagrams for troubleshooting. Some knowledge of machine tool maintenance and HVAC system maintenance are big pluses

This position has a comprehensive benefits package and will be attractive to a manager that has recently earned in the $50K to $60K range.
