In order to accommodate continued growth in the Midwest, Papa Murphy’s is looking for a dynamic Field Marketing Manager. This position will be based in Kansas City, Missouri.

About the job:

Successful candidate for this position should be able to work with franchise owners individually, and with their advertising Co-operatives and advertising agencies to develop, execute and analyze local media plans, as well as local store marketing activities.

To qualify, must have:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field

2-5 Years experience - with both client and agency side history

Previous QSR experience in a franchise environment

Heavy exposure to electronic media

Requirements for this position:

· Local media planning (broadcast and print)

· Franchisee relationship building – in food service

· Sales and competitive analysis

· Appropriate blending of strategic and tactical

· Written and verbal presentation skills

· Consumer orientation

· Appropriate level of risk-taking

· Appropriate degree of change agency

· Problem-solving, creative approach

· Collaborative, team-oriented mindset

· Ability to travel by air and ground for business purposes (50%+)
