QA Engineer

About you:

We're looking for someone who has a natural talent for finding bugs. A strong focus on quality & a willingness to learn quickly are more important than specific prior experience with testing tools or frameworks. This is a perfect opportunity for someone to grow into a test automation / white box testing role.

Required experience:

2+ years experience testing real-world web applications

Must have prior experience writing, maintaining, & running manual test plans

Receiving, analyzing, & responding to a variety of customer bug reports

Familiarity with databases/SQL in the context of test execution & diagnostics is preferred

Working knowledge of at least one scripting/programming language is a plus

You’ll be working with a close-knit group of developers using the latest technologies to build new products & features, work with customers & partners, & continue to evolve our service & make users happy. Our customers depend on us for critical business processes, so consistent service quality & performance are incredibly important to us.

Key responsibilities:

Author, maintain, & execute test plans that provide comprehensive coverage of Eourproducts

User appropriate tools & testing frameworks to develop automated tests where appropriate

Participate in risk analysis & determine the appropriate level of testing for various scenarios

Respond to customer problem reports & drive issues to a successful resolution

Record & maintain issues in our knowledgebase & bug tracking system
