Innovative Technical Solutions, Inc. (ITSI) is a national Engineering, Construction & Consulting firm based in Walnut Creek, California, (www.itsi.com) focusing on providing design-build infrastructure and environmental solutions for our clients. ITSI's clients include all branches of the Department of Defense in addition to municipal and commercial clients.

We are seeking a Fuels Project Manager for our Federal fuel projects (domestic and international) with work in San Antonio, TX or one of our other project offices (CA, NV, TX, AZ, HI).

Responsibilities:

  • Directing and coordinating activities relating to multiple construction, maintenance & repair projects for Federal fuel systems.
  • Supervising and supporting site management staff in the day-to-day project management
  • Supervising and controlling the procurement and contract management of sub-contractors
  • Responsible for proposal and estimate preparation
  • Monitoring and controlling project budgets, direct costs and schedules
  • Primary client contact on projects
  • Preparing project progress and financial reports

Requirements:

  • 10+ years experience working in fuel system construction, maintenance and repair
  • 7+ years experience working on government (DoD) projects
  • Advanced Excel skills required
  • Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Project skills required
  • Strong communication skills required
  • BS degree in any Engineering or Construction discipline a plus.
