POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Under direction of the Director of Education Services and Nursing Director of Critical Care Services, the Education Program Manager (RN) provides clinical, educational, and performance improvement leadership for personnel involved in the care of patients requiring Critical Care Services (including Critical Care with collaborative support to Telemetry and Cardiovascular Units). BSN degree required; MSN with CNS or Acuity Care NP focus preferred. Minimum 5 yrs recent CCU exp required; CVU/Tele experience preferred. Minimym 3 yrs related leadership and/or educator experience preferred. Current AHA BLS, ACLS, required; BLS, ACLS Instructor preferred. CA RN License. CCRN preferred. Proficient in MS Office.
