District Sales Manager We are currently seeking a highly motivated, results oriented professional with a "no-excuses" attitude for the role of District Sales Manager to manage a territory throughout the state of Florida. The District Sales Manager’s responsibility in this position will be to develop, coach, train and lead 5-7 route sales professionals to achieve sales goals. The District Sales Manager will accomplish this by riding along with the Route Sales Professional on specified weeks along with covering any vacation or open routes. The DSM also plays a critical role in establishing team norms and ensuring alignment to company beliefs. Ultimately, the goal of the DSM is to develop a high-performing team of Route Sales Professionals that consistently achieves its customer service, sales and service goals.
