District Sales Manager

We are currently seeking a highly motivated, results oriented professional with a "no-excuses" attitude for the role of District Sales Manager to manage a territory throughout the state of Florida.

The District Sales Manager’s responsibility in this position will be to develop, coach, train and lead 5-7 route sales professionals to achieve sales goals. The District Sales Manager will accomplish this by riding along with the Route Sales Professional on specified weeks along with covering any vacation or open routes. The DSM also plays a critical role in establishing team norms and ensuring alignment to company beliefs. Ultimately, the goal of the DSM is to develop a high-performing team of Route Sales Professionals that consistently achieves its customer service, sales and service goals.

What Do We Require?

  • Experience managing a team of at least 5 Sales Reps

Other Information...

This position requires the ability to climb, push/pull, bend, stoop, and kneel for extended periods, and to work in all weather conditions. Must be able to perform frequent lifting of 15 - 60 pounds. You will be responsible for safely operating a 15' step van. You must have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record and be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test.
