Assistant Manager: AAA Northern California

This position will be responsible for assisting the AAA Express Manager in the operational management of the AAA Express store and staff as required.

Under direction from the AAA Express Manager, the level of supervision required in this position includes taking responsibility for training and providing coaching, mentoring and technical assistance to others.

This is a full time position. Availability for work is required during store hours of: Monday – Saturday 10am-7pm and Sunday 11am-4pm.

Bilingual language skills are preferred

Knowledge and Skills Required:

Associate degree or equivalent work experience

Three or more years of progressive sales or customer service experience with 1-2 years of supervisory experience; insurance industry experience preferred

Demonstrated leadership skills required, including strong decision making, problem solving and analytical skills

Must possess a current state Property and Casualty insurance license

Additional Life Insurance License a plus

Demonstrated ability to use standard software (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) required
