Schaeffler Group USA Inc., a dynamic global automotive & industrial supplier, is seeking an Electrical Engineer to support our LuK Division in our Wooster , OH facility. The Electrical Engineer is responsible for the design, development, fabrication and procurement of computer systems, instrumentation and signal conditioning devices for test and measurement equipment. This equipment is used in testing components and completed product assemblies to determine if performance meets quality and manufacturing specifications.

The selected candidate will have a 4 year Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering; an Automotive Test Background would be beneficial. The candidate must have knowledge of MS Windows platforms, programming in C and Basic Sensor Technology, electrical motors, test techniques, electrical schematics reading, PC Hardware knowledge, ability to learn technical software tools & knowledge of current quality specifications. The selected candidate will also be able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrate solid project planning and management.
