HR Analyst

Ideal candidate will be responsible for working with HR Management on the annual budget for all HR related expenses including wages, benefits and other items. Will maintain salary ranges that align to the company’s salary structure. Evaluate, analyze, design and maintain company Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related field required or equivalent experience/education

• Three to five years of human resources specialized experience as an HR Analyst with at least two years generalist experience in technical recruitment and staffing

Responsibilities:

• Assists in identifying new HR needs and software products to fulfill those needs

• Responsible for working with HR management in the administration and integrity of companywide job and compensation analysis requests for all new an existing roles

• Continually evaluates HRIS/reporting needs and makes sure these needs are met

Provide on-going compensation and benefits analysis, forecasting and reporting for management, including new plans or modifications to existing plans

• Maintain current knowledge and understanding of regulations, industry trends, current practices, new developments and applicable laws regarding human resources

• Compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment

• Assist to develop standardized and customized reports, including writing, maintaining and supporting reports

• Prepare and maintain job descriptions for all departments to ensure compliance with internal operating procedures and federal requirements including OSHA and ADA standards

• Responsible for compiling and distributing monthly reports specific to recruitment, employee relations and retention, including turnover and exit summary data
