Golden Living - Linden, a 67-bed skilled nursing facility located in Stillwater, Minnesota is seeking a compassionate, dedicated and licensed RN to function as MDS Coordinator - RN Resident Assessment Golden Living - Moorhead, a 87-bed skilled nursing facility located in Moorhead, Minnesota is also seeking a licensed RN to function as MDS Coordinator - RN Resident Assessment As a MDS Coordinator – RN Resident Assessment, you will coordinate or assist in the development and completion of the resident assessment process in accordance with the requirements of the Federal and state regulations as well as Company policy and procedures.
