The ideal candidate will demonstrate outstanding communication and organizational skills, along with a strong desire to grow within the organization. In this position you will learn our business from other peers and teammates and it will offer room for future advancement.
Duties and Responsibilities:
3. Follow up with customers and account managers to confirm that issues have been resolved in a timely manner that is satisfactory to the customer.
4. Check updates using electronic systems and update internal database with notes from other carriers.
* Must be aggressive, focused and possess the ability to resolve problems efficiently.
* Must be available to work 2 weekend days per month. Both 1st and 2nd shift positions available!
* Motivated team player who also has the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
