POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary responsibilities include maintaining thorough and accurate contract files for each Blackboard Connect Customer and supporting the Contracts Team as necessary and appropriate with administrative tasks. Responsibilities also include tracking of all Blackboard Connect contract and facilitating delivery of contracts documents whether by fax, next day air or email.
The Contracts Specialist will play an integral role in the success of the group. Specifically s/he will be responsible for:
- Supporting the Contracts Team by maintaining soft/hard copies of documentation and by printing, faxing and filing all contract documentation.
- Creating and maintaining customer contract folders.
- Clients receiving contract documents for signature, including critical documents requiring certification and return receipts, while maintaining tracking of all correspondence.
- Serving as a document liaison between the Contracts Team and Finance, Operations and Sales Teams
- Facilitating quarterly audits of internal contract documents, including but not limited to resale agreements, partner agreements, Non Disclosure agreements, and license agreements.
- All other duties as assigned
Required Experience PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year of office/administrative support experience
- A meticulous eye for detail
- Exceptional people/customer service skills are necessary for this support position.
- Must be highly organized, efficient, and able to handle multiple tasks with ease and professionalism.
- Solid computer skills required and ability to learn new skills quickly essential.
