Provides exceptional customer service and presents an exceptional corporate image to all individuals who call the Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance Customer Service Center lines. Reports directly to the Customer Service Center Team Leader from whom overall direction is received. May receive direction from Manager, Customer Service. 40 hours/week during core hours of M-F 7am - 8pm and Sat 9:30am - 4pm. Required skillsRequires a High School diploma or GED equivalent. Requires exceptional verbal and written communication skills. NOTE: INCUMBENT WILL BE CONSIDERED IN TRAINING FOR A PERIOD NOT TO EXCEED ONE YEAR. INCUMBENTS MAY BE MOVED FROM THE TRAINEE STATUS PRIOR TO ONE YEAR, BUT MAY NOT REMAIN AS A TRAINEE LONGER THAN ONE YEAR. OBTAINING/MAINTAINING A CURRENT P&C LICENSE IS REQUIRED TO BE ELIGIBLE TO MOVE OUT OF TRAINEE STATUS. ONCE THE INCUMBENT HAS BEEN PROMOTED FROM TRAINEE STATUS, THE INCUMBENT WILL BE EXPECTED TO BECOME A REMOTE WORKER FROM HOME. COMPLETE IN HOME SET-UP WILL BE PROVIDED AND PAID FOR BY THE EMPLOYER.
