Job Description:

Establish and support wage incentive implementation process and maintain standards based on time/motion studies and/or pre-determined time systems (i.e. M.O.S.T). Provide plant management with process
information, studies, and recommendations to improve personnel and
equipment utilization. Act as company representative in arbitration
cases related to productivity issues, assist production with labor
problems and grievances. Support plant/business center in achieving
production goals and identifying productivity improvement opportunities.

Manufacturing Industry
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
