Charge Nurse CCU Job Description :
10 bed CCU. Current Calif. RN Lic. & BLS & ACLS cert. with recent critical care exp. required. BSN with management exp. preferred. Provide clinical supervision and job performance supervision of staff. Serve as coordinator of care by making assignments and bed placements. Under the direction of the Department Director, responsible for schedules, performance evaluations, disciplinary process and unit-based CQI.
