Come join our team! OMNISEC International Security Services, Inc., a subsidiary of OMNIPLEX, is seeking qualified applicants to fill and immediate opening for an ACO Shift Supervisor in Northern Virginia.

POSITION IS EMPLOYEE REFERRAL BONUS ELIGIBLE - CATEGORY 2

Job Duties: Supervision, management, access control.Performs all duties of an Access Control Officer.Provides relief services, staffs posts, emergency and medical issues, and handles call-outs through coordination with the appropriate supervisory personnel.

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be a U.S. Citizen;
• Must be 21 years of age;
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED;
• Must have successfully completed the appropriate level DCJS training;
• Must have at least 1 year of experience in law enforcement, military and/or security;
• Must have at least 1 year of supervisory experience;
• Must be able to construct and write, clear, concise, accurate and detailed reports;
• Must possess or be able to obtain CPR, First Aid and AED certifications;
• Must be able to read, speak and understand English language fluently;
• Must have intermediate written English skills, including ability to prepare detailed written reports and fill out forms;
• Must have impeccable customer service skills;
• Must have the ability to make quick, sound and timely decisions;
• Must possess valid driver's license and has a satisfactory driving record as determined by the company and/or customer;
• Must possess a TS/SCI clearance with full scope polygraph;
• Knowledge of customer badge structure and system required.
