This position is responsible for promoting the Retail Sales efforts and managing the daily operations of the branch. This includes the supervision of the staff, and, through both the direct efforts of the Branch Manager and through direction of staff to those goals, ensuring the meeting of branch goals including sales, cross-sales, and referrals of the bank’s products & services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree plus 3 years experience in branch operations and sales.
  • High school diploma or equivalent with minimum 5 years experience in branch operations and sales in a supervisory capacity.
  • Expertise in financial products & services.
  • Knowledge of government regulations pertaining to branch operations & products/services.
  • Strong administrative, organizational, supervisory, communication & interpersonal (Sales and Customer Service) skills.
  • Must have good personality and ability to deal effectively with people; must be honest, reliable and dependable.
  • Must be able to travel locally if needed.
