Senior Traffic/Workforce Representative - Chico, CA
Position Description:
Positions in this function are responsible for all scheduling, call volume monitoring and adjusting. Responsible for determining and communicating work schedules, resources for various call queues. Works with site leaders to ensure adequate staff, contingency plans and workflow monitoring.

- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required
- 2 years of experience working in a Windows based environment is required
- Experience in a call center and/or claims processing center is preferred
- Experience scheduling or dispatching for a large group is preferred
- Supervisory experience for a medium sized team is preferred
- experience with call center/claims software tools and programming requirements is preferred
- experience forecasting and staffing for a call center and/or claims processing environment is preferred
- Applies knowledge/skills to complex activities
- Demonstrates a depth and breadth of knowledge/skills in own area and is often able to apply these outside of own function
- Often acts as a technical resource to others in own function
- Anticipates customer needs and proactively identifies solutions
- Solves complex problems on own; proactively identifies new solutions to problems
- Plans, prioritizes, organizes and completes work to meet established objectives
- Acts as a facilitator to resolve conflicts on team; seen as key team member on project teams spanning more than own function
- High school education or equivalent experience
