Bi-Lingual Project Coordinator - Construction



Main purpose is to Recruit, Hire and direct Field Employees in Construction, Industrial, Manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with field employees on daily basis

· Maintain a pool of quality, available, potential field employees in various skill levels and categories in Construction, Industrial & Manufacturing areas

· Recruit potential field employees via Job Boards, ads, job fairs and relationships with outside resources

· Take applicant calls and schedule interviews

· Interview applicants

· Verify employment references on all potential employees

· Complete all necessary paperwork, E-Verification associated with hiring new employees

· Ensure all new employees attend an orientation of company policies, procedures and benefits

· Maintain and update employee computer files (skills, notes, addresses, phone #'s, etc)

· Perform required computer functions (reports, work/available lists, enter work orders, scheduling, etc)

· Perform daily job scheduling for open work orders

· Assist in work order taking and safety concerns, issues

· Attend daily meetings as required and keep up working, available & order boards

· Work closely with Director of Operations to ensure accuracy of information as well as coordination of activities

· Complete required reports to Director & Operations Manager on daily basis

· Support Sales Development as needed

· Experience in working with Certified Payrolls, prevailing wages
