Hearst Seattle Media has an immediate opportunity for a Digital Media Coordinator to join our growing team. You are responsible for achieving performance goals for Hearst Seattle Media, LLC (dba seattlepi.com) and our clients, leveraging a diverse and expanding online solution platform. As of August 2009, more small businesses advertise online than in "traditional media" and this positions HSM and the right candidate at the forefront of helping businesses find success online. Responsibilities will be to schedule and manage online advertising campaigns, including email deployments, monitor to ensure that campaigns are set up properly based on insertion orders, red flagging errors and/or discrepancies, provide inventory availability for campaigns during proposal stage, recommend optimization options to ensure that all flights within a campaign are meeting their goals, investigate rich media opportunities, monitor campaign performance, generate reports and statistics, work closely with sales team to achieve department revenue goals.
Qualifications we are looking include: working knowledge of Web technologies, rich media experience along with advanced ad trafficking experience preferred; detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and collaborate as well as the ability to work well with short deadlines. Problem solver, team player, self-starter and ability to think outside the box, project management skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills. College degree preferred.
