We are looking for highly motivated individuals who are self-starters with excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Entry level electrical engineers are responsible for coordinating all electrical/administrative field activity, supporting In-Theater Engineering and Construction staff. Candidate must have excellent knowledge of AutoCAD as well entire Microsoft Office suite, and be adept at learning new software. We seek a multi-faceted team player that can excel as part of a group as well as independently. Experience working in a military environment or for an international engineering services provider or similar organization would be ideal, as would experience working in remote sites or in other arduous environments. In this role, you will take all steps necessary to meet aggressively accelerated deadlines typical of a contingency environment.
COMPENSATION/BENEFITS:
- Competitive base salary plus 35% Danger Pay plus an additional 35% Post Differential Pay for time worked in Afghanistan (In-Theater) for a minimum of 42 days and is retroactive.
- CNA USACE Defense Base Insurance is provided.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Employment is project-based and will take place on US Military Bases throughout Afghanistan, for a duration ranging from 4 to 16 months.
- Minimum deployment duration in Afghanistan is 90 days.
- Working hours will be 12 hours a day, 6 days a week.
- Candidate will be required to have, or be able to obtain, U.S. Security Clearance for this role.
- Minimum of 5 years administrative support experience, preferably in an Engineering or Construction environment.
