Position Description:
KV Pharmaceutical seeks QA Inspector/Coordinator! The successful candidate will assure that the drug products are processed in accordance with the master batch record and have the safety, identity, quality, and purity they purport to possess prior to release. You will also be responsible for assuring that manufacturing, handling, testing and distribution of drug products are done according to all governmental, customer, and company requirements. If you enjoy assisting production to access and resolve processing problems and can provide training on cGMP/SOP for QA and production personnel this is the position for you! Bachelor of Science degree in Science, minimum of two years experience in solid dosage, and QA physical laboratory experience including familiarity with sampling procedures and laboratory testing equipment are required. If you have the ability to use scale balance, LOD instrument, micrometer, friabulator, harness testers, calculator, screen analysis assembly of appropriate type, disintegration apparatus, viscometer and computer, apply today. You will need to understand the importance of clean processing/equipment work areas, demonstrate the ability to read and comprehend written technical procedures as well as revise SOPs as needed, demonstrate the ability to comprehend, interpret, enforce and apply written Good Manufacturing Practices and SOPs. We are seeking individuals with outstanding oral communication and conflict resolution skills and the ability to provide cGMP/SOP training for QA and production personnel.
