Job Description

•Develop relationship with assigned customers to increase sales and exceed customer expectations
•Provide expert information on the product line to meet customer needs
•Handle all inbound customer service calls in a timely manner
•Respond to email and fax correspondence
•Research and resolve client return requests
•Update changes at customers request to their Visual Comfort account information
•Handle dissatisfied customers in a professional manner and escalate or redirect calls when necessary
•Meet or exceed all statistical goals created by the management team
•May need to work varied schedule to meet department needs, especially during high call volume hours
•Assist with customers past due receivable balances

Skills

Bachelors degree preferred
Minimum three years experience in a customer service role
Highly developed oral and written communication skills
Strong decision-making and problem solving skills
The ability to plan, prioritize, set goals and multi-task
Ability to foster a team environment
Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Advanced ability to navigate, input accurate information, and extract information in computer applications such as SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft.
