This position oversees the day-to-day operational functions for a large multiple-million dollar medical practice, responsible for growing the practice, ensuring that office policies, procedures, and plans are executed in a smooth and expeditious manner. Key responsibilities include financial, office administrative duties, insurance administration, and personnel management. Financial Responsibility: Practice Management a. Human resource development. · Maintains an effective system for employee personnel files and records ensuring legal documentation. · Creates and maintains an ongoing structure for employee orientation and termination. · Perform all prospective employee reference checks. Ensure compliance with all government agencies with regard to human resource. · Provides leadership, guidance, and organizational expertise to all staff members.
