Manages the overall performance of the Client Services Department. Ultimate responsibility for training and development of staff and assists in day-to-day activties when needed to meet or exceed organizational objectives and goals. Manages the performance of the Account Executives and Account Managers in the areas of effectiveness, efficiency, quality and profitability to the Property & Casualty Department.
To qualify, you should have a Bachelor's Degree, P&C License, CIC classes and 3-5 years of account executive or account management experience in the commercial insurance industry and/or insurance specific education.
