Serve as a first point-of-contact for customers on all service levels.
Customer Service Rep will act as liaison between the customer, insurance company and physician. This position will be responsible for processing customer's orders. Talk to the customer via telephone, and obtain required information. Enter data into computer and inform customer of product availability. Coordinate the shipment and invoicing of order. Investigate shipment and/or invoicing problems. Position requires a lot of file management and processing/reviewing records: Ideal candidates must be detail oriented with good follow up skills. Duties include, but not limited to: Insurance and benefit explanations and product information. Discuss product information and answer customer questions over the phone and via email. Enter new customers and organizations into the Oracle database. Work closely with insurance reimbursement team to assure quality service to customers. Create patient charts for new customers and file necessary documentation Support field sales operations on a daily basis. Additional assignments as required by department. This position assumes and performs other duties as assigned. Skills / Requirements
Must have knowledge of Health Insurance plans
